- Before: the brief said the 178 turn-on waited for Jason until Mos ruled whether narrowing counts under Q173. After: mos-0881 rules that it doesn't change who can reach the Console from outside. Outside traffic still comes in through Traefik and Authentik, and the callers cut off are inside ones. Step 2 falls under ops-01's R27. Condition: if the signed-in check through the public name fails, roll back at once, flags first and then the middleware, and record it in STATE.
- Recorded: #385's Traefik pod-label part is live as infrastructure bc310ee (PR #352, #385 comment 290). Commits 30622a229 (brief) and c6ef51ee1 (queue rev 2045). Mos accepted the Q1 tests, the Q2 steps and the console-allowed-uid read.
