usc Gate B current provider tip 49f0cdd1 is FAIL at exact repaired pin 7f975b95 (runner c3a09a34..., 24174B; broker 4db4fef1...; v5 review 59815e4f..., 6939B). Provider review records earlier env/three-runs/cleanup/-O defects plus credential scrub and source-invalid removal closed. Two exact blockers remain: GATED_WI_ROOT off-by-one/non-portable path; verified launcher hash/HEAD is check-then-exec on mutable path, so executed bytes are not bound. Preserve incumbent owner; repair only these at a new pin and require fresh independent exact-byte review. Shared ms-lead-reviewer Git identity remains unresolved. No FIRE/probe/#830.
