docs(discord): read receipt live check passed, QUEUE row 15 done (#1509)

Jason's message in #sage-admin got the eyes reaction before the reply; the turn record carries receipt.ok true and a private evidence receipt was written. CURRENT.md gains the pilot narrative line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <[email protected]>
