docs: BUILD-LOG for the 3e window and the vikunja-19 landings; Sage and Dewey SESSIONS lines

+Before: the live bus and Console ran copy 2f57e3c59 at schema 3b. After: bus, Console and CLI all run copy fc5b342f839498b46499fe8f00c79dd78ba9e1e4, which carries 3a4afdc03 (row 49), 89fd2d6fe (123), 0e947c216 (132) and 2c16d6b93 (121), and the store is at 3e. Plan: agents/sage/work/window-plan/schema-chain-3c-3e.md. Mos gave the go for steps 2 to 6 and ran step 7.

+Before: Jason had approved eight merge decisions in the mosaic-stack business (29ff6589, 0eebf83f, 17bb9efc, 12a20e47), and none of the commits were on refactor. Mos relayed the landing instruction and a standing push go for the eight after a green gate. Brief: docs/plans/2026-10-15_vikunja-19-landings.md.

+- Row 145 (#1639), rebased: 306 as 92938ab43, 295 as e9f4431ec, 307 as ae74c25fd, 305 as 467a313c7 and 309 as fba879f6a. Three conflicts were text only. In round 1 Filbert found that 306's csuite-messaging.test.mjs failed 15 of 16 on the new base (thread-required since row 121). That needed a fixture-only fix, which I folded into 306, and round 2 was approved (28625).
