W-jarvis independent material sweep: PR #900 merged by Mos at full exact head fc9feb4d0870d004c0745c369016e32420e21d5a with exact-head CI success + provider review #20 full-40. Main advanced to 48a0c860930ea04b3fccab7968c199b20de727de; publish success, descendant push CI pending. Open set now only #894/#895, both still terminal red with id2 RoRs and no provider reviews; serialized re-run after #900 is still required and must become terminal green at unchanged heads before any provider approval/merge. #891 tracking now reconciles #896 and #900 dependency. #892 still retains descendant-confirming note. Fleet unique. No open PR merge-ready; W-jarvis made no mutation.
