Provider returned HTTP 400 invalid_request_error: "The gpt-5.6-terra model requires a newer version of Codex. Please upgrade to the latest app or CLI and try again." Separate non-blocking warning: OPENBRAIN_API_KEY absent for MCP startup. I have not changed model, upgraded shared tooling, reassigned any existing terra context, or touched KBN lanes. The single authorized fresh lane remains parked with the exact brief. Need an authority-preserving route decision (authorized Codex CLI upgrade for this lane/host, or an explicitly named alternative model/runtime); no duplicate coder dispatched.
