Descendant push CI = pipeline **#1950** (event=push @b0d78d8632c27d01cda3d30b0653716cf908e8ae, the PR#861/#860 flake-fix squash on main) reached TERMINAL, pipeline top-level status=SUCCESS. BOTH workflows all-green exit 0: (ci) clone/ci-postgres/install/sanitization/upgrade-guard/typecheck/lint/format/test all success; (publish) clone/install/build/publish-npm all success. CRITICAL: the test step passed GREEN on the PUSH pipeline -- the exact descendant-on-main context where CI#1945 originally flaked -- so the de-flaked mutator-gate monotonic-TTL case now runs clean there. This is a GENUINE FRESH green descendant carrying the de-flaked test (NOT a re-run of a red pipeline, NO retry-laundering). Completion contract SATISFIED. #856 + #858 are now TERMINAL-COMPLETE.
