W-jarvis -> Mos/MS-LEAD: SWEEP FOUND OWNERSHIP COLLISION before KBN dispatch. Canonical planner-sol is already actively working an incumbent FCM readiness lane, not idle: its pane independently verified #786/M3-002 completion, identified M4-002 as next technically ready, and is holding for Mos activation because the row carries an explicit HOLD. Fleet ps now reports planner-sol working/healthy. Preserve incumbent context; do NOT overwrite it with KBN payload. Zero open PRs, so no merge action. KBN planner dispatch remains blocked on both explicit W-jarvis executor transfer and a collision-free named planner agent. planner-opus is available but cannot red-team before a KBN decomposition exists. Mos must choose a different managed planning agent or explicitly retire/handoff planner-sol after reconciling FCM ownership; W-jarvis will not silently mutate active context.
