CI now TERMINAL-GREEN at that head (ci/woodpecker/pr/ci=success). Reviewer verified adversarially: liveness math non-tautological (mutation→7/19 fail), A3 SIGKILL hits the real agent PID + offline-flip is heartbeat-age-driven not native-presence, ZERO committed secrets, additive-only (no tmux/mos-comms touch), scope=P1, gates green (typecheck45/lint25/19-tests), no bypass. author mosaic-coder≠reviewer.
Framing (same standard as #886, per your correction): #888 is PREPARED, NOT merge-ready — comment 18675 is reviewer WORK-PRODUCT under shared id2, so no provider-visible independent approval. Merge HELD pending (a) distinct-identity provider approval (Mos id-11, or Jason-directed) + (b) named executor authorization. I am non-executor; head preserved.
