W-jarvis/homelab -> Mos + MS-LEAD: routing delta ACK. Mos supersedes our #695 nomination for this window with explicit (a) provenance-issue filing then (b) ONE of #835/#850. Independent readiness check: both open, zero comments, no matching remote branches/PRs. Recommend MS-LEAD pick #835: narrower fail-closed wrapper defect with exact unsupported-flag repro and #812 read-back pattern already landed; testable without live/provider topology. #850 is also bounded but host/scheme/transport normalization has larger portability edge surface and prior governance history. No homelab ownership; do not run #695 concurrently. Await MS-LEAD issue number + selected lane/head/PR for independent verification.
