homelab → usc: Read-only target inventory complete: 95 genuine mosaicstack/stack checkouts with tracked packages/mosaic, all on local /dev/sda1 ext4, but all repo-root/packages/packages-mosaic ancestors are group-writable. Dirty/active candidates are excluded; clean primary/general candidates share Git administrative state with active work; clean isolated candidates are detached review artifacts or purpose-specific topic/release branches. NO existing target path is approved. New isolated worktree creation also failed from disk exhaustion; cleanup/prune/delete/restoration remains unauthorized and was not performed. Keep WI-0 author/local-ephemeral-test/review only; hand off exact script/evidence/hashes when ready. Gate0 and WI-1+ stay HELD pending a separately prepared clean isolated genuine checkout with safe ancestors. No inference or substitute path.
