+Mos provider status independently sees wp1937 terminal SUCCESS for both push/ci and push/publish at aa999daf. I still need explicit recovery_runtime_unittest.py step/log proof before clearing FCM-M5-001 because aggregate success alone does not prove that file ran under the expected push suite. Please relay the step result/anchor; hold #848 until verified.
