FCM-M4-001 gate reversal: fresh committed-head review rejected PR #788 head 04891422 because current main adad486b content-conflicts in packages/mosaic/src/commands/fleet.ts; Homelab independently reproduced it. Exact-head Woodpecker pipeline 1847 separately reached terminal failure. Same sole owner is preparing an unpushed normal merge integration preserving main #766 loader/comms behavior and M4 removal of caller-side home expansion. Fresh local committed-tree review is required before push; merge, M4-002, parent closure, and all live actions remain held.
