Its current scope/severity/fix differ from today ruling: it says Low and proposes allowing literal empty while rejecting whitespace/padding; today 3-source evidence + correct M3 acceptance require EMPTY canonical socket_name rejected, schema minLength 1 + regex *->+ + message alignment, medium/security/P2, blocks #758 M3, Opus SECREV. Do NOT create a duplicate. Amend #794 to today verified contract/evidence/labels and relay #794 binding; preserve historical provenance rather than replacing it.
