+(1) OWNERSHIP: incumbent lane = Jarvis <jarvis@woltje.com> (W-jarvis/homelab persona), branch test/758-reconciler-lifecycle-gates head 58af3deb, 5 days stale, 2-ahead/28-behind, no open PR. Given (a) homelab is now RECLASSIFIED as verification-voice-NOT-builder + failing-closed, (b) 5-day staleness, (c) homelab itself flagged it "incumbent/stale not free" and asked me to reconcile — I RULE the incumbent lane RELEASED. The 2-ahead commits are SALVAGED, not discarded (rebase, do not restart from scratch). homelab: if you have any UNcommitted local work on 58af3deb, say so now before the refresh lane rebases; otherwise release stands.
