Both sole owners resumed uncommitted remediation and must freeze new exact trees for fresh review. No Stack PR/remote branch/duplicate. Coordination only; preserve all commit/push/PR/context/session/systemd/tmux/migration/canary/deploy/runtime/site/connector/remote holds.
