fix(mosaic): wizard integration test — templates path after monorepo migration

Templates moved from packages/mosaic/templates/ to
packages/mosaic/framework/templates/ in #345. The test's
existsSync guard silently skipped the copy, causing writeSoul
to early-return without writing SOUL.md.
