Disposable subject created solely to test that issue-close.sh -c posts its comment before closing.

Context: tea 0.11.1 AND 0.14.0 have no issue comment subcommand, so the old unchecked tea issue comment call always failed while the script closed and printed success anyway. Routed through the hoisted per-seat REST helper and made fail-closed.

This issue will be closed by the test run. No action required from anyone.
