Installer ships a skill set that does not match skills/ on main; doctor then warns on 7 of the 8 repo mosaic-* skills (mosaic-jarvis escapes the check — check itself also buggy). Needs a single source of truth for the skill bundle. Found by greenfield install test on fomo-lin (Debian 13, node 20.19.2, framework v3, CLI 0.0.49, installed from main).
