On a wizard-created greenfield, mosaic doctor prints 21 warnings out of the box.

[framework-drift] prints "CANNOT_ASSERT source and installed roots identify the same filesystem object" then WARNs "drift detected (checker exit 2; no files changed)": a cannot-assert state misreported as drift.

Raw find: stderr leaks 4 times for a missing skills-local dir.

Checker exit 2 should surface as CANNOT_ASSERT, not drift; find stderr should be captured.

Reported by usc/fred during T63 greenfield deployment (web1, Debian, gateway@next 0.0.7-next.2636). Filed by orch-01. Tag: T63 batch 2.
