Rebased onto next (5125fe21) after #1468 landed. P3 collapsed finding: coord already dispatches to framework/tools/orchestrator (init/status/session/mission/progress/continue/next/run/start/smoke/test/resume/recover) and prdy to framework/tools/prdy; the single gap vs tools/orchestrator was board-roll.sh registration. This patch adds coord board (+ roll alias) + help line in launch.ts. 3 lines. Build green; mission-prd specs 3/3 at author time (b8e2dca6); rebased without conflict as 4a0cc917. Queue: first of the post-1468 drain (marcie, orch-01 routing). S3 (velma) tracks this for PHASE5.

Measured: coord already dispatches to framework/tools/orchestrator for
init/status/session/mission/progress/continue/next/run/start/smoke/
test/resume/recover, and prdy to framework/tools/prdy — the Q10
'collision' was never one; the npm commands already wrap the brain tool
lineage. The single gap vs tools/orchestrator was board-roll.sh: adds
coord board (+ roll alias) and the help line. P3 collapses to this
patch; build green; mission-prd specs 3/3.
