Jason confirmed ms-grill-me plan. Publish remaining reviewed repository changes, temporarily including agent definitions/launchers and clearly labeled design drafts. Exclude credentials/private runtime state. Prove one participating agent recovers a planned checkpoint after Jason performs restart, without a reconstructed briefing or duplicate effects. Plan: docs/plans/2026-09-08_publication-recovery-trial.md. Darkwing coordinates, Rocko requested for bounded inventory/checkpoint work separate from HELD C1; Filbert independent candidate review; Dewey retains WUI ownership. Tests/review before refactor commit/push. No force push/trunk merge/deployment/agent relocation. Owner final trial acceptance required. Marker PUB-REC-20260908.
