Prerequisite correction delivered: independently APPROVED af97b5be, exact source 6335342873 and records 27e4873acc pushed; remote verified. Clean committed-tree tests 48/48 pass; D1-D10 independently re-attacked and refuse correctly. Linux/procfs limitation, source-only race/wrong-owner/non-Linux review and hardlink residual retained. No live credential, timer, Docker or deployment effects. Corrective slice complete. Issue stays open pending separate owner approval for fixture-only materialization/refresh implementation; prerequisite completion grants none.
