Tracking issue for the OpenProject Community TEST instance at pm.ddkansas.com (homelab, k8s-mosaic tenant).

Scope (sage-coordinated charter, Jason-assigned): isolated Community test service; no license spend; no business-data migration; no agent integration; reviewed pins/rollback/auth/TLS.

Gates before any apply:

  • Sage CHARTER-REVISION-2 exact planning review (rev-code-01) - in flight.
  • Coordinator-authored clause corrections bound into the ONE candidate (not competing charters): binding gate 1600m/5952Mi chosen planning constants + chart-render re-measure clause (RM-1/2/3), rollout row 1250m/4992Mi, non-atomic collection accepted with fail-closed restore R-1/R-2/R-3 (DB-stored MD5) and A1/A2/A3 acceptance tests. Preflight chain CLOSED by rev-code-01 (OP-HOMELAB-CLAUSES-CONFIRMATION).
  • Placement (measured): dedicated namespace diversecanvas-openproject-test, label/placement tenant=mosaic on k8s-mosaic (headroom ~3420m verified independently); restricted PodSecurity.
  • Registration: Argo Application project tenant-mosaic (destinations include diversecanvas-*, Namespace whitelist); per-app argocd-application.yaml pattern (jobtracker/kimai precedent, ServerSideDiff); one-time reviewed apply at charter deploy step.
  • Jason rulings pending: routing/charter approval + TLS edge-custody choice (DNS-only homelab termination recommended; ddkansas apex currently documents CF Tunnel).

Coordinator: orch-01. Implementation: code-be-01. Review: rev-code-01. Acceptance coordination: sage.
