The bus accepts a human proof only from its own human-cli.mjs path (packages/bus/src/human.mjs:52-102). The bus unit, the Console and the Q81 mosaic wrapper run from three trees, so mosaic talk pm failed with human-required (Vikunja P19 #225). This row puts all three on one read-only copy at a landed, pushed commit: scripts/stack-copy.sh copy|check|wrapper, bus-service.sh --copy and --pm, and one documented update step. The live steps stay Jason's or Mos's.
