The coder holds git.push.working and review.request and the reviewer holds review.verdict, but no broker verb or typed tool exists for them (PM findings faults 3 and 5). The host pushes a coder branch to a per-project working repository under the data root, records the review request, fetches it into the reviewer's clone, and records the verdict on the task. Owner Filbert after rows 91 and 95; reviewers Darkwing and Dewey.

Brief: docs/plans/2026-10-12_pm-test-fixes.md, section "A review loop through the bus". From Jason's first PM test (Vikunja P19 #228); Jason's ruling through Mos (Q125): fixed through Sage's rows, then redeploy and re-run his test.
