Row 208 (193d) first review: APPROVE at 4a4bef6c1339c4e45d8254ca4367302a182557a5, base ec86f2c847f6154a0677c6ed23c87dabc2c665d0. Reviewer: Gladstone (Codex). No blocking findings.

This was a source, design, manifest and evidence review. Gladstone ran no independent test or browser and made no queue write, credential or host action, or branch change. Duckworth's guard review and Sage's landing gate are still to come.

  • Approved design e2d161e2e checks out, SHA256 dd7fcb419ed8510e9d8d74b569183386d0942af8b68eecc0bbb5e182e677b523. All 16 path hashes match the candidate and the changed-path set is exact. No pre-existing test was edited. BUILD-LOG and SESSIONS changes are additions only, and git diff --check is clean. The normalized manifest-text digest is 4a5890a6e8b98264db9a591e94956b7f4ae5f3b5f8aba6382c4ee01a612d03dd.
  • HTTP shares keep the exact args, query and write fences. They go only through the caller's createChat channel and the broker's existing authority. The adapter adds only three share verbs.
  • The plain list stays plain, and the shared list is separate. Grants show up only as live collaborator project and instance hints for the signed-in user, and refreshing them doesn't widen bus authority. The same-grant project+instance predicate handles mixed scopes, and viewers can still read their own old history.
  • For both users and the owner, shared threads skip the owner's session catalogs and leave out the composer, resume, session and share controls. Stale hints don't carry across a transient refresh, and a thread refusal invalidates the visible data. The user governance notice is exact, and escaped thread, owner and target text stays inert.
  • Evidence: webui 418/418 and plugins 119/119, each with 0 fail, skip or cancel. All 4 absence-test mutants were killed by assertions, each exiting 1. All 4 direct POST bypass proofs exit 0 with the broker refusing access, nothing sent and no state written. The mutants change only the served fixture source. BUILD.md records the earlier reds and their fixes, and the final evidence is green.

Row 208 (193d) second review: APPROVE on 4a4bef6c1339c4e45d8254ca4367302a182557a5. Reviewer: Duckworth. This is a static review, guards only under mos-1542. No viewer path widens authority. The full note is agents/duckworth/work/row208/ROUND1-4a4bef6c1.md (local commit c36a0dc0d, lands with the row).

  • No bus or schema change. The broker decides every new path exactly as it did at the base.
    • The three share verbs are in USER_VERBS and not in VIEWER_VERBS. A viewer gets access-refused at #grantedThread (broker.mjs:950).
    • Each share verb goes through #thread's owner check (:909-913), so a sharee gets thread-not-owned and can't reshare.
    • Only thread.messages goes through #threadRead.
  • chat-http.mjs.
    • share and unshare are POST only, behind the existing fences: send/named, session or header, Origin, sec-fetch-site.
    • The body must be exactly {to}, 1-200 characters, with no CR, LF or NUL. Extra keys refuse with 400.
    • shares is a GET with no query.
    • The reply must echo thread, to and op, or the response is 503 outcome-unknown.
  • The adapter (index.mjs:12-14) passes calls through an allowlist to the per-session call. A granted user's chat is rebound per session (serve.mjs:701).
  • The grant hint covers only the user's own grants, one grant at a time.
    • chatGrants re-runs the lookup and keeps only the user's own grants that cover at collaborator, using the same covers call as #granted. It returns only {projects, instances}.
    • The client's scopeWrites matches project and instance within one grant, so mixed grants can't pair across grants.
    • The client's includes('*') matches covers' [0], because checkScope refuses a * that isn't alone.
    • The hint starts as [] on every render.
  • No client-only hiding stands in for a broker refusal.
    • Composer, resume and share each refuse at the broker, with access-refused for a viewer and thread-not-owned for a sharee.
    • Creating a project refuses because project.create isn't in USER_VERBS.
    • The session controls refuse because session.* isn't in USER_VERBS.
    • Test :136 posts all four writes with the UI bypassed. Each gets 403 access-refused, the table counts don't change, and each verb reaches the bus. Tests :19 and :154 cover unshare and the sharee.
  • Mutants, taken as reported (8UlAhS/poe-208-mutants.json), not rerun. The composer, open, share and create mutants each fail the UI test on an assertion and pass the bypass test. That meets design section 8.

N1 is outside the guard scope and doesn't block. user.js:16 re-renders every 5 s and re-reads config, projects, threads and the shared list, so every open user tab puts a steady load on the Console.
