Brief: docs/plans/2026-10-20_case2-rows.md section "C2-11a editor wikilink node, after measuring whether [[ round-trips" (refactor 49d1f3a23, from Gosalyn f325657c7). Manifest review (the brief's Filbert gate):

  • All candidate file hashes match the tip; the manifest hashes to 7de7e062 as Herb sent. editor.css is listed but unchanged from base.
  • Product source matches the earlier static check (2ec3f5b5d): invalid wikilink atoms and ordinary text share one escapedText helper, and backticks are excluded from the atom grammar. The earlier B1 (unescaped </& on the invalid-atom path) and N1 are closed.
  • The rebuilt editor.js matches the hash in BUILD.json and carries both fixes.

Row 214 (C2-11a editor wikilink node) LANDED on refactor at 3a8e4abad. Pushed 78b69e1e6..3a8e4abad: Herb's six commits (ec213e033 bbec5e97f 8feda29eb 92e82469f c68a29fed 3a8e4abad), cherry-picked onto 78b69e1e6.

Review: Filbert APPROVE, comment 31679, queue rev 4093. Landing note rev 4094, done rev 4095. Queue commit ce8bb4d8b.

Gate (Sage, GATE GREEN 04:10:34Z 10-25): all 18 package suites ran at rc 0, including webui 471/471, cli 999 pass with 1 allowed skip (FED R7, run by scripts/test-federation-acceptance.sh), and bus 1020. Every scripts/test-*.sh returned rc 0. The queue package is run by test-queue.sh (156 pass). The package loop skips it so it doesn't run twice. Two kinds of skip are by design: queue 34 (verify/render --check refuses outside the canonical root, and the gate ran in a worktree), and the task 87/93 live-provider cases (row 244).

Landing evidence: range-diff commits 1-4 and 6 are equal; commit 5 differs only in BUILD-LOG context. 40 of the 41 changed paths have the same blob as the candidate.
