End-to-end verification of all platform architecture phases:

  • Slash commands functional in TUI (all categories)
  • Gateway command registry serving correct manifest
  • /preferences and /system overrides working
  • Session GC running on cold start and cron
  • Workspace creation for solo and team projects
  • Hot reload updating manifest without dropping connections
  • Autocomplete filtering commands in sidebar
  • All quality gates: typecheck, lint, format, tests

Wave 8 — final gate.
