The user wants a reusable UX/UI improvement skill for personal reuse and distribution with Mosaic Stack. Related design work: #1844; Vikunja task #818.

Create a portable coordinator skill at skills/ms-ux-improvement, complementing the existing frontend design execution guidance. It should cover preserved evidence and bounded research, versioned wireframes before graphical concepts, independent assessment with role-scoped briefs, actionable design feedback, and clear separation from functional acceptance and deployment authority. Tool and model choices must be configurable; Mobbin must remain optional.

The isolated GPT author owns only the new skill package. Acceptance requires valid skill metadata/resources, meaningful baseline and forward behavioral checks, a precise candidate manifest and fresh independent review before integration. No changes to active UX artifacts, MVP source, existing skills, managed instance configuration, credentials or role policy. Publication does not activate the skill on a runtime instance.

Author charter and retained evidence: /mnt/storage/scratch/mosaic-lead/skill-ux-improvement/. Work is in progress; this issue records the separately requested reusable deliverable.
