Summary

  • Refresh README with updated command tree covering all M3-M7 features: gateway token recovery, mosaic config, 9 sub-package commands (auth, brain, forge, log, macp, memory, queue, storage, telemetry), unified first-run UX, and --yes/--no-auto-launch installer flags. Removes stale @mosaicstack/cli reference in architecture diagram.
  • Add comprehensive 'Sub-package Commands' and 'Telemetry' sections to docs/guides/user-guide.md covering every new command from M3-M7 with example invocations.
  • Bump @mosaicstack/mosaic from 0.0.21 → 0.1.0 (minor version signaling significant CLI surface expansion).

CI will publish @mosaicstack/mosaic@0.1.0 to the Gitea npm registry automatically on merge via the existing publish workflow.
