Summary

Scaffolds the install-ux-hardening-20260405 mission following cli-unification-20260404 (complete, mosaic-v0.0.24).

  • Archives cli-unification mission docs to docs/archive/missions/cli-unification-20260404/
  • Adds new docs/MISSION-MANIFEST.md and docs/TASKS.md for install-ux-hardening
  • Appends Session 2 notes to docs/scratchpads/install-ux-hardening-20260405.md with M01 completion summary and follow-ups from PR #429

Reflects current state after M01 shipped:
