Summary

Orchestrator close-out for IUV-M02 (install-ux-v2 mission).

  • Mark all four IUV-02 subtasks in docs/TASKS.md as done with delivery notes
  • Update MISSION-MANIFEST: IUV-M02 complete, progress 2/3, current milestone → IUV-M03
  • Append Session 3 to scratchpad covering CORS→FQDN rework and skill installer fix

  • Docs-only change — no code paths touched

MISSION-MANIFEST milestone table and progress (2/3), and append
Session 3 to the install-ux-v2 scratchpad covering the M02 delivery:
PR #444 merged, CORS→FQDN prompt rework, skill installer selection→
install gap fixed with MOSAIC_INSTALL_SKILLS whitelist, 18 new tests.
