Kanban: t_3a368a52

Fix Mosaic git wrappers so Gitea operations in git.uscllc.com repos select the USC tea login instead of the mosaicstack login. Acceptance: reproduce safely, add regression coverage, validate PR #1905 and a closed PR without merging.

Resolved by #524 (rollup 821e19d): Gitea login/repo selection for USC repos is fixed on main (explicit --repo/--login args, array-based commands, detect-platform hardening). Tracking PRs #518/#523 closed as superseded. — orchestrator (mos)
