Kanban: t_301e4e3b (parent t_245ad9d8)\n\nHarden packages/mosaic/framework/tools/git/pr-merge.sh so the known non-interactive tea identity failure 'user does not exist [uid: 0, name: ]' falls back narrowly to the authenticated Gitea API merge endpoint while preserving squash-only, main-target, and queue-guard policy gates. Unknown tea failures must remain blocking.

Resolved by #524 (rollup 821e19d, merged 2026-05-26): pr-merge.sh Gitea empty-uid fallback is hardened on main (api_url declared+assigned before use, basic_auth fallback, HTTP-code tracking). Tracking PR #521 closed as superseded. NOTE: deployed framework on hosts is stale (v0.0.30) — needs upgrade to receive the fix. — orchestrator (mos)
