Bumps the mosaic package version so the framework fixes already merged to main (#524 wrapper hardening rollup, #529 thin-core, #533 inter-agent comms tooling) actually get published to the registry — the version was never bumped, so publish.yml has been skipping them. On merge, publish.yml ships @mosaicstack/[email protected]; hosts then upgrade via npm + install.sh. 1-line version bump; content already validated on main.

Publishes the framework fixes merged since 0.0.30 that were never version-bumped:
- #524 Gitea/Woodpecker wrapper hardening rollup (pr-merge api_url, pr-create body safety, repo args, woodpecker creds)
- #529 thin-core prompt diet
- #533 inter-agent tmux comms tooling (tools/tmux/agent-send.sh + send-message.sh)

Deployed framework on hosts is stale at 0.0.30; this release lets install.sh propagate the fixes.
