Release 0.0.36: real agents first-class — fleet ps drift recognizes wrapped runtimes (pi/codex->node) + auto-enable units on install for boot-survival (#583); runtime-agnostic launcher heartbeat sidecar so pi/claude/codex sessions all emit HB (#584). Publishes via publish.yml on merge.
