Source: Jason fleet doctrine 2026-06-22 (spend-accounting process mandate, half a).
Beyond docs/fleet/ — this is an aiguide + framework TEMPLATE standard: PRD, mission-manifest, and task-decomposition templates MUST carry a projected-token-spend and actual-token-spend field. Data used locally for budgeting/self-correction (see Fleet budget governance) and fed to the telemetry feature (separate issue).
Scope: aiguide template docs + framework PRD/mission/TASKS templates. Post-MVP; tracked so it is not conflated with the Fleet PoC doc PR. Not started.
RECON (delegated, per Jason 2026-06-22): the PRD/mission/task templates ALREADY exist in the framework at packages/mosaic/framework/templates/docs/ (replicated to ~/.config/mosaic/templates/ on install). Spend tracking is PARTIALLY present already:
REVISED SCOPE: EXTEND IN-PLACE, do NOT create new templates. Exact files: packages/mosaic/framework/templates/docs/{PRD,MISSION-MANIFEST,TASKS}.md.template. Much smaller than greenfield. Behavioral half: our live mission docs should actually POPULATE the existing Token Budget / estimate+used fields (part of adopting the spend-accounting doctrine).
