Source: Jason fleet doctrine 2026-06-22 (spend-accounting process mandate, half b).

Product feature / own workstream: agents/fleets report ANONYMIZED per-task spend telemetry to mosaicstack.dev so other agents/fleets can budget + optimize from real aggregated anonymized data. Needs: ingestion endpoint, client/reporter, anonymization, aggregation/query.

Depends on the spend-accounting template standard (projected/actual fields) for its data shape. Post-MVP; own workstream; tracked separately from the Fleet PoC. Not started.
