Two spawn-side blockers before the PoC spawns workers. FIX1: start-agent-session.sh ignores roster model_hint (no --model) → map model_hint to mosaic yolo --model. FIX2: absent roster socket resolves to mosaic-factory (trap); make absent = literal default tmux socket (no -L) across spawn + observe + cheat-sheet. TDD + situational.
