Bumps @mosaicstack/mosaic 0.0.45 → 0.0.46 to publish the persona-contract feature merged at 0.0.45 without a bump (A3a #663 + A3b #664): agents export MOSAIC_AGENT_CLASS and inject their resolved, override-aware persona contract at launch. Required so the running fleet can adopt personas via mosaic update.

The 0.0.46 version bump escaped the em-dash to \u2014, failing the
format:check CI step. Prettier normalizes it back to the literal —.
