Consolidated post-#741-merge ledger sync (docs-only, tracking ledger docs/tess/TASKS.md).

What changed

  • M4-W-001: recorded #740 MERGED (b7b0f508) -> W-001 reachability spine now 3-of-3 merged (#737 e2376190 + #739 3378b857 + #740 b7b0f508). Row stays in-progress -- TESS-M4-V re-fire is the gate and is Mos-owned. Flagged main push pipeline 1772 build-step failure (quality gates green; downstream build/publish). Noted prior ledger PR #741 merged f40e6ba3.
  • M5-002: not-started -> in-progress. PR #742 (4 new M5-MIGRATION docs) CI 1773 green, reviewer VERIFIED APPROVE (Gitea 17108) at head b5e9d0e528, mergeable -- HARD STOP for Mos merge.
  • M5-001: not-started -> in-progress. coder0 Matrix/native provider in TDD, no PR yet.
