Summary

  • publish the KBN-010 threat, authorization, and constraint-impact gate
  • version the frozen Native Kanban contract to rc.4 with a valid missions(workspace_id,id) candidate key
  • preserve the original SI-001 detection evidence while resolving the PostgreSQL composite-FK defect
  • freeze N100-01..50 negative and migration evidence obligations
  • record independent schema/security APPROVE and final Ultron APPROVE

Gate result

KBN-010 is PASS / GO at the design-contract level with UNRESOLVED SCHEMA IMPACTS: none.

This PR does not implement runtime schema or migrations. KBN-100 remains held until this PR squash-merges, post-merge main CI is terminal green, and issue #753 closes.
