Superseded by #853. This PR carries a stale head (7fa659e3) and false completion evidence (cites PR-only pipeline 1907 as descendant-main; stale current-tip claim). #853 is a pure-forward one-row correction off current main aa999daf with independently re-verified evidence (#789 627cf2bb; #849 77c9a826; wp1937 @aa999daf step 49632 recovery_runtime 3/3 OK). Closing without merge; no evidence transfer.
