First-pass structural reference for the WebUI Phase P Vite-SPA migration (apps/web).

Covers:

  • the intentional dual-app tree (Next app/ + Vite spa/) during migration and the shared lib/ networking/auth layer
  • the origin-relative / same-origin serving model (dev proxy vs. prod Gateway-served bundle on :14242)
  • apps/web/package.json build scripts (Next default today, :vite variants opt-in, flipped at P5)
  • the P1-P6 increment map with merged PRs (#1143 P1, #1144 P2) and current status (P3 in flight)
  • the #1145 Gateway dist-boot blocker as the hard P5 precondition
  • disambiguation from the separate webui-fleet-bridge effort

Living doc — structure verified against next @ 8c27024d; per-surface component inventory, full route table, and the P5 cutover / P6 CI checklists are stubbed for follow-up (Jason + collaborating agent to flesh out).
