Replaces the two-key v1 .mosaic/repo.json with the schema_version 2 declaration exactly as specified in the repo structure declaration spec (mosaic-brain docs/plans/2026-08-23_repo-structure-declaration.md section 1.3, stack example — normative): adds flow, canonical_remote, canonical_clone, worktree_root, and the transitional worktree_policy (orchestrator-precreated until the J3/#1174 amendment ships). Docs-only: exactly one file changed. Validated by the wave-1 validator (brain main): OK in managed mode with launch-equivalent anchors; fail-closed on absent anchors per spec 1.2a interim (by design); display mode warns and passes. Part of T51 phase 2, map WP2a.
