# Console publication receipt, #1507 Source published to `refactor`: `ea00ec66d93d1d554463f94711c343c9c8df20c4`. Fresh `git ls-remote origin refs/heads/refactor` returned that exact commit immediately after push. No force push, merge, installation or deployment. Filbert APPROVED WEBUI-1507-R1 in `2026-09-13_webui-verdict.md`, independently verified all 21 package files and reproduced 208/208 tests. Dewey reverified manifest SHA-256 `509f20e53292d5731c866d84c73cfaf539a89104b38b12a43260075ee7c3cb4d` and all entries before staging. The published package remains exactly that candidate. Review request, verdict, manifest, fixture screenshots and clean check output are included in the source commit. Staged tree `42a18ab7fc70873f87c70df4387b057e0ecb14e5` was extracted to `/tmp/webui-1507-staged-UkqxZz` without unrelated work. All 21 hashes passed; combined WebUI, board, seat, ledger and registry tests passed 208/208. After commit, `git rev-parse HEAD^{tree}` proved the identical tree, and the same isolated checks reran 208/208 before push. Local logs: `/tmp/webui-1507-staged-tests.txt` and `/tmp/webui-1507-committed-tests.txt`. No root CI workflow exists; no CI or release-suite result is claimed. Whitespace check passes except the original Manrope license's trailing space on line 21. That copied license is intentionally byte-identical to the reviewed asset, not silently edited after review. No other whitespace finding. Only the new package and its review evidence entered the source commit. Tracking changes record this handoff separately. Board, seat, comms, existing WUI drafts, unrelated skills, Sage and owner edits remain untouched. The newer QUEUE table introduced at 7c8e530a is reconciled; its WebUI row now names Jason's acceptance gate, not a second implementation task. ## Ready for user test With the board running on 7331: ```sh node packages/webui/src/cli.mjs serve ``` Open http://127.0.0.1:7330/. Find a registered repo seat under Waiting on you, open the inspector, send a reply and confirm its next answer appears after a scan. Mark a completed row Seen, then recover it from Seen with Unsee. Project filters affect the table, not other projects' waiting requests. Gate E is Jason's Monday 2026-09-14 workday and end-of-day say-so. Record any reason to open the old board page or a repo seat terminal in DEFERRED.md. #1507 remains open pending that ruling. Browser evidence is fixture-based, not a real-seat exchange, screen-reader audit or user acceptance. Rollback: stop the WebUI and use the unchanged board at 7331. No migration or new data source exists. Seen/reply actions already taken are not undone by stopping the WebUI. No other queue item starts from this publication.
