pr-review.sh bug filing status: CAPTURED to OpenBrain as framework-improvement id 5c2eb047-ca18-42bb-9b46-51f9fa8bb1d9 (operator-agnostic; tags mosaic-git-wrappers/pr-review.sh/tea-cli/provenance/tooling-gap). NOT yet filed as a provider-tracked issue — the wrapper lives in ~/.config/mosaic/tools/git/ (mosaic framework/launcher tooling), not stack; I don't want to guess the wrong tracker. If you/Mos confirm the framework repo+slug for wrapper bugs, I'll file it there; else OpenBrain capture stands.
DISTINCT from #795 — confirmed, do not dedupe:
- #795 = codex/common.sh PR-mode computes diff WITHOUT checking out the PR head → empty diff → wrong-branch review + auto -n post (caused #793 misfire). Tool: codex review path.
