W-jarvis exact-head integrity delta: main 48a0c860930ea04b3fccab7968c199b20de727de is now terminal green (push CI+publish), completing descendant validation for merged #900 and prior chain; #892 W0 descendant-confirming text can now be finalized. #894 and #895 both UPDATE-BRANCH moved heads to f37d6f33ad8d936f9ea2f2a2d4f54ca40b9321c5 and d093680b5f22a2abd242b85e44dd7c4c368bcc0c; exact-head CI pending. Delta re-review comments 18832/18835 claim supersession but state REVIEWED-HEAD only as 12-char abbreviations, not full 40, while provider reviews remain empty. Under the exact-head full-SHA rule these do NOT restore durable RoR binding. Require corrected full-40 RoR at each current head plus terminal-green CI before id-11 review/merge. Fleet unique. W-jarvis made no mutation.
