## Success Criteria

1. An agent writes a finding → another agent searches and retrieves it (context crosses agent boundaries)
2. A user chats with any agent via WebUI and sees streamed responses
3. Semantic search returns relevant findings and conversation history
4. LLM providers configurable via WebUI with per-agent model assignment
5. Matrix rooms show mirrored agent activity within 5 seconds
6. Single-command installer provisions a working 3-agent fleet in < 10 minutes
7. A non-technical user can interact with agents via natural language (no commands)
8. Context from day 1 is still searchable on day 30 (zero context loss)
